Strategic planning can range from $4,000 for a refresher plan to $50,000 for comprehensive plans including stakeholder feedback, implementation, and evaluation services.

We offer both in-person and virtual options, depending on the service and your needs. For strategic planning, we highly recommend in-person sessions for the retreat portion, as face-to-face collaboration fosters deeper connections, relationship-building, and more impactful discussions. Certain components, like interviews and focus groups, can be done virtually.
For coaching, individual clients often prefer virtual sessions for convenience, though in-person sessions are available. Organizational coaching is more effective in person, but we’ll decide together what works best for your goals.
