Meet Mary Kay Delvo
INspiring SIGHT is powered by 30-years of multi-sector experience on the front lines, in the boardroom, and in leadership. By leveraging this experience I bring awareness to the constantly shifting landscape around us. When organizations work in silos they can’t anticipate what’s coming, how to talk about it, or how to work together to solve it. By eliminating silos, reassessing processes, people, and culture, I help organizations ensure everything aligns with their strategy.
As a provocateur, I create positive discomfort by challenging people’s thinking and pointing out discrepancies between their words and actions. Being a provocateur is about ownership and confronting the truth within. I understand that leaders think differently than employees, conflict means something is trying to emerge and systems hold their own wisdom and intelligence.

Clients respond well to my approach which combines humor, transparency, and a little dose of reality. I founded my coaching, strategy & facilitation business so I could help systems function at more conscious levels, make decisions that build resiliency and long term change and create safe spaces for all to bring their best to the workplace while the organization meets its bottom-line.
Mary Kay speaks her truth, works to create environments so others feel safe to do so as well, believes people would do better if they knew better and values leaving things in better shape than how she found them.

We have to give up the idea that the volatility and disruption are temporary. This way of thinking is no longer valid. What was built 50 years ago was amazing for a stable and predictable slow moving world. Today’s world is not that, but instead, fast moving and based on systems of chaos.
As an experienced board-certified social worker, and certified coach, Mary Kay uses her multi-sector experience to help others understand broader contexts and develop new perspectives. Her experience spans multiple sectors including business, county and state government, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofits, board of directors, associations, and public policy/advocacy. These hands-on experiences provided Mary Kay with opportunities to interact and work with diverse populations as they struggled to navigate complex and sometimes less than friendly systems.

Deborah Gleason
Before “big data” was the hot topic, Deborah built an approach to manipulating and cleaning data, creating actionable reports, developing systems and processes, streamlining high-level analyses, and documenting it to the hilt so her clients knew what to do after she was gone. Deborah’s passion for creating efficient processes and making information more accessible for her clients is driven by her desire to make decision-making easier for her clients so they can be more profitable.
