Workshop Terms and Conditions

By registering for Make Your Board Meetings Matter, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed when payment is completed. Each registration is intended for one participant and may not be transferred without prior approval from INspiring SIGHT.

Refund Policy

All participant-initiated sales are final. Refunds will not be provided if a participant cancels, is unable to attend, leaves the event early, or does not attend the live session.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If INspiring SIGHT needs to cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will receive access to the rescheduled event or a credit that may be applied to a future INspiring SIGHT event. If INspiring SIGHT cancels the event and cannot offer a replacement date within 90 days, participants may request a refund. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy.

Live Attendance and Recording

Live attendance is strongly encouraged so participants can benefit from the discussion, activities, and full workshop experience. Attendance is not required to receive the recording. A recording will normally be emailed to all ticket holders within three business days after the event and will remain available for 30 days.

The event will be recorded. Participants attending live should be aware that their display name, voice, video, chat contributions, or other participation may appear in the recording. Participants who do not wish to be included may keep their camera and microphone off, refrain from using recorded participation features, or choose to view the recording instead of attending live.

INspiring SIGHT will make reasonable efforts to provide a complete recording but cannot guarantee recording availability in the event of an unexpected technical failure. If no usable recording is available, INspiring SIGHT may offer access to a replacement session or a credit for a future event.

Personal Use and Intellectual Property

The webinar, recording, presentation, worksheets, and related materials are the intellectual property of INspiring SIGHT or their respective creators. They are provided solely for the registered participant's personal use. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, posted, sold, shared with others, or used for organizational training without prior written permission from INspiring SIGHT.

Participation and Technology

Participants are expected to contribute respectfully and professionally. INspiring SIGHT may remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the learning environment. Removal for conduct will not result in a refund or credit.

Participants are responsible for having an appropriate device, internet connection, and access to Zoom. INspiring SIGHT is not responsible for an individual's inability to participate because of equipment, software, internet, or connectivity issues.

Educational Purpose

The webinar and related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. Participation does not guarantee a particular business, governance, organizational, or financial outcome.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the refund, cancellation, recording, and personal-use policies.
